Sales Representative / Canvassing Team Lead

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative / Canvassing Team Lead located in the Greater Halifax Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing and training a canvassing team, conducting sales presentations, and building strong customer relationships to support the goals of the company. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to coordinate and optimize team performance effectively.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Team management and leadership experience, including the ability to train and inspire a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge or experience in the roofing or construction industry is advantageous
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site in the Greater Halifax area
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Roofing Labourers

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with residential and commercial roofing projects
- Loading/unloading materials and setting up job sites
- Removing old roofing materials and debris
- Supporting installers with shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems
- Keeping sites clean, organized, and safe
- Following safety protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic, shows up on time, ready to go
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Physically fit (lifting, climbing, long days on your feet)
- Team-first attitude, no ego, just get it done
- Previous roofing or construction experience is an asset (not required)
- Valid driver’s license is a bonus
